NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-002599 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, As Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Miranda Tsang, Mirabay Homeowners Association, Inc., The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as successor trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-A, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
