NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default, entered October 31, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit No. 114 of Harbor Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14638 at page 532 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 9, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
