RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale filed November 20, 2018 and entered in Case No. 12-013435-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD W. HOWELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 20, Block A, Harbor Vista Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 41, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
