TRAVIS, a/k/a Daniel Blake Travis, deceased, File Number 18-010902-ES, by the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756; that the total value of the estate is $40,489.05 intangible personal property, $6,500.00 exempt property (furniture, furnishings, and motor vehicle), and homestead real property for a total estate value of $40,489.05, and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
