NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000721-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MARA DIMITRIC, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 235, Building D, MARILYN PINES CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS UNIT 2, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MARILYN PINES CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS UNIT 2, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4026, Pages 1766 through 1826, inclusive and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 7 through 9, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
