BOOK 1530, PAGE(S) 978, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
