UNIT 912, MILLPOND TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IX, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1530, PAGE(S) 978, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before 1-10-19 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
