O'Neil, PH. D, Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 09, 2019 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 14 of VERANDAH TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 110, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 13735 Rosette Road, Hudson, Florida 34669 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner(s), as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
