YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
The East 100 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 150 feet of Tract 17 of Port Richey Land Company Subdivision of Section 10, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the North 25 feet thereof being subject to an easement for public road right-of-way and/or utilities, being Parcel 3 of the unrecorded plat of BAYONET POINT ESTATES. Together with that certain 1969 PACM Mobile Home, VIN 8952 and Title Number 3592202,which is permanently affixed to the real property.
