NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-002490-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE E. DONNAT A/K/A CATHERINE DONNAT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; ARNOLD DONNAT; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MICHAEL AVERETTE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of February, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, PINE HILLS PARK SUBDIVISION FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
