NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2011 and Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-018984-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and SHARON BROWN, DANIEL'S LANDING ASSOCIATION INC., STATE OF FLORIDA and DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on JANUARY 16, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
