NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 482018CA006034A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Veronica J. Drake; Unknown Spouse of Veronica J. Drake are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, OF KELLY PARK HILLS SOUTH - PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
