NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18th, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-862-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Christine M Luizza aka Christina Luizza, Nicholas Luizza, Florida Fortress Homes, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, by and through Joseph Guarino, its President are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
