NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2018, and entered in 2014CA002197 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and KENNETH R. NYHUS; JULIE M. NYHUS; KINGSFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
