NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default, entered December 10, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Manatee County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 619, Raintree Condominium, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 40 through 47, inclusive, and the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in OR Book 756 , Page 498, Et. Seq., of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
for cash in an Online Sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 10, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
