NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017CA-001753-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY HOME LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and WALTER JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER JONES; et. al. are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 7, Golconda, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 34, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
