MOSELY A/K/A MICHAEL EUGENE MOSELY, SR. A/K/A MICHAEL E. MOSELY, SR.; STEPHANIE C. MOSELY A/K/A STEPHANIE COLLINS MOSELY N.K.A. STEPHANIE LARKIN; SHERWOOD LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
