TRACT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 60, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the East 15.00 feet thereof for platted road right-of-way.
Together with 1996 Homes of Merit Double Wide Mobile Home VIN#FLHMBFP101738391A & FLHMBFP101738391B, situated thereon.
