NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-002880-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOHN RAMPINO, JR. A/K/A JOHN M. RAMPINO, JR. A/K/A JOHN RAMPINO; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; AVATAR PROPERTIES, INC. D/B/A SOLIVITA CLUB PLAN; SOLIVITA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. S/B/M TO SOLIVITA WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A POINCIANA VILLAGE TEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A GARY HUTCHINSON; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 149, OF SOLIVITA PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, AT PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
