NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 01, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001557000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOSE ROSA A/K/A JOSE D. ROSA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, MAGNOLIA PRESERVE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 135, pages 21 and 22, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
