NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-1869 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein COPPER COVE PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and FARID UDDIN ULLAH is the Defendant, Crystal K . Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 10th day of January, 2019, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 177 of COPPER COVE PRESERVE UNIT THREE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 90, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any Person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Final Judgment, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
