NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2018 entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002118, Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH W. BENSON, VICTORIA U. BENSON, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST COMMONWEALTH MORTGAGE CORP. are the Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of January, 2019, the following described real property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida to-wit:
