NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000573 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and RICHARD S. REITER; et al., are Defendant(s). The Clerk PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on January 17, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
