NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2018, and entered in 2017CA000804CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN MINCEY A/K/A JOHN DANIEL MINCEY; FELINA C. MINCEY are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 16, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, GULF HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 116-118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
