Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2018, in Case No. 2018-CA-000242-ES, of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein UNION PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRIAN PURDY and JENNIFER PURDY are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat, at 11:00 a.m., on February 7, 2019 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 2, Union Park Phase 2A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, pages 16 through 20, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, with street address of: 1883 Tallulah Terrace, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
