NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 13, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2017CA002837 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and BRENDA L. TONYAN A/K/A BRENDA L. MARTIN, ET AL.,, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of January, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
