TO DEFENDANTS: KATALINA GROH, TRUSTEE OF THE KATALINA GROH LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 19, 2010; KATALINA GROH, INDIVIDUALLY, UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Sarasota, Florida:
Unit 507, LIDO HARBOUR TOWERS, Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 849, Page 192, and as amended and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 10 and 10-A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/42 interest in and to that certain parcel or parcels of land designated as Lot A, as exemplified, referred to and set forth in said Declaration.
A/K/A: 1770 Ben Franklin Drive, Unit 507, Sarasota, Florida 34236

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, SUSAN M. McLAUGHLIN. ESQ. of the Pavese Law Firm, P. 0. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902-1507 on or before 1-21-2019, and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Sarasota County, Florida.
