NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 005227 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and SNTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 203 RUBENS UNIT H LAND TRUST DATED 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 2016, ET AL.; DRAGOS ALEXANDRU AKA DRAGOS M. ALEXANDRU; FLORICE ALEXANDRU; STEARNS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SORRENTO PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MARK SILVA; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JENNIFER SILVA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203-H, SORRENTO PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, PAGE 774, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 11, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO DRAGOS M. ALEXANDRU, A MARRIED MAN, BY DEED FROM THOMAS C. BERDA AND DOREEN A. BERDA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEES OF THE THOMAS C. BERDA LIVING TRUST U/D/A SEPTEMBER 11, 1998, SAID TRUSTEES BEING HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND DOREEN A. BERDA AND THOMAS C. BERDA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEES OF THE DOREEN A. BERDA LIVING TRUST U/D/A SEPTEMBER 11, 1998, SAID TRUSTEES BEING HUSBAND AND WIFE, DEED RECORDED 05/18/2004 IN INSTRUMENT 2004095606.
