YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Relief, Reformation of a Deed and Quiet Title in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, against the following real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 45B, SUMMERSIDE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1435, Page 1527, et seq., and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 35, 35A through 35F, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the attorney for the Plaintiff, RICHARD BARTON RAY, ESQUIRE, 6018 26th Street West, Suite 2, Bradenton, Florida, 34207, on or before 1-21-2019 and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on Richard Barton Ray, Esquire or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
