NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment entered 12/12/18 in Case No. 18-CA-002529 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KAPPA FAMILY TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2007, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January 2019, the following described property:
LOT 48, 49, and 50, BLOCK 604, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149-173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
