NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Dec 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000188, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TERESA SIEVERS A/K/A TERESA A.
