NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 12, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-002281 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 11 day of JAN, 2019, on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 45 and 46, Block 2191, Unit 33, Cape coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 40, through 61, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee Beach County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
