NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default, entered December 12, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:

G of BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Beachwalk Condominium, recorded 05/03/2005, in Official Records Book 14953, Page 1630, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, as such Declaration may be amended from time to time; SUBJECT TO taxes for the year 2006 and all subsequent years; all laws and regulations; and all restrictions, easements, covenants and matters of record.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
