NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-008183 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THYRON HOOI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THYRON HOOI; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY DBA “ISPC”; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; CACH, LLC are the Defendant(s).
