SUTTON; RANDALL V. SUTTON; HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 5, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13006 SAINT FILAGREE DRIVE LAND TRUST; THE BANK OF TAMPA; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LORI A. HUTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI A. HUTTON are the Defendant(s).
