NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in 18-002225-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-24, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-24 is the Plaintiff and JEROME M. BARANSKI; KATHERINE CAMPBELL; MEDITERRANEAN MANORS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEROME M. BARANSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE CAMPBELL; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-24, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-24 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4994, PAGES 772 THROUGH 838, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
