NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 522018CA002088XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Tammi Rudge, as trustee of the Martin W. Pierce Revocable Living Trust Dated May 10, 2000; Unknown Successor Trustee of The Dorothy J. Pierce Inter Vivos Trust, dated May 10, 2000; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Martin W. Pierce Revocable Living Trust Dated May 10, 2000; Unknown Beneficiaries of The Dorothy J. Pierce Inter Vivos Trust, dated May 10, 2000 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT PART OF LOT 14, IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS GROVES; PER PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 32, RUN N. 3 DEG. 00' 00” W., 94 FEET AND WEST 15 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 149 FEET (WEST, 150 FEET MEASURED); THENCE RUN N. 3 DEG. 00' 00” W., (N. 3 DEG. 11' 38” W., 125 FEET MEASURED); THENCE RUN S. 89 DEG., 59' 55' E., 150.17 FEET; THENCE S. 3 DEG. 00' 00” E., (S. 3 DEG. 09' 52” E., 125 FEET MEASURED) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
