NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on November 15, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale to the higher bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the method of electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of January, 2019, that certain parcel of real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
