NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2018 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010125-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/BA/ CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff and RICHARD T. AVIS ATTORNEY LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 9481 56TH STREET NORTH TRUST AND RUSSELL ISLAND A/K/A RUSSELL S. ISLAND, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
