NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2018, entered in Case No. 522018CA003836XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Timothy S. Parker a/k/a Timothy Scott Parker; Jodi Guarino a/k/a Jodi L. Guarino; Peggy P. Parker; Unknown Spouse of Peggy P. Parker; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK L, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 51 THROUGH 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
