Unit 208, Unit Week 47, MARINER BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5259, Page 2111, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 54, Page 82, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in common elements appurtenant thereto
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on JOSEPH M. MURPHY, ESQUIRE, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8640 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, before 1-18-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
