NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Case to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Amend Final Judgment dated December 12, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-007591-CI in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein VILLA VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and WALTER J. KYLES, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on January 15, 2019. ( ) www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, BLDG E, VILLA VALENCIA GARDEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4943, PAGES 477-528, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ANY AMEDMENTS THERETO
A/K/A: 6080 22ND AVE # 5, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33710.
