NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-002246-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-RS3, is Plaintiff and PAUL A. KEYKO; THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of JANUARY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 218 OF THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED MAY 25, 2004 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13636, PAGE 969 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PLAT BOOK 132 PAGE 56.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
