NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-002650-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BC4 is the Plaintiff and Christopher A. Pasqualichio a/k/a Christopher Pasqualichio a/k/a Chris A. Pasqualichio; Unknown Spouse of Christopher A. Pasqualichio a/k/a Christopher Pasqualichio a/k/a Chris A. Pasqualichio; Mildreanna Hutchison a/k/a Mildreanna L. Hutchison; Unknown Spouse of Mildreanna Hutchison a/k/a Mildreanna L. Hutchison; Teagan Pasqualichio; Pinellas County, Florida; Clerk of Court, Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, CINNAMON HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
