NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-003014-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOSE LUIS ALADRO A/K/A JOSE ALADRO; PALM GARDENS UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION D/B/A PALM GARDEN UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; PYARA S. BARN; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m., on January 23, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/24 TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 347 FEET OF THE NORTH 145 FEET, LESS THE EAST 14 FEET OF THE NORTH 10 FEET THEREOF, OF BLOCK “A”, BAY STATE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
