Bishoff a/k/a Kathryn Leah Bishoff a/k/a Kathy Bishoff a/k/a Katherine M. Bishoff a/k/a K Bishoff; The Unknown Spouse of Kathryn L. Bishoff a/k/a Kathryn Leah Bishoff a/k/a Kathy Bishoff a/k/a Katherine M. Bishoff a/k/a K Bishoff; William C. Mullins; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Barclay Estates Condominium No. 2 Association, Inc. a/k/a Barclay Estates Condominium II Association, Inc.; Green Wave Homes, LLC; Tenant #1 n/k/a Janet Nedrano; Kenneth Hansen, Successor Trustee of the Salinas Family Trust dated 11/13/75 and restated 02/14/84; Unknown Beneficiaries of The Salinas Family Trust dated 11/13/75 and restated 02/14/84; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Marguerite M. Salinas, Deceased are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT D, BUILDING 3, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4905, PAGE 1485 ET SEQ., AS AMENDED BY OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4941, PAGE 377 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4966, PAGE 155 AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 60 AND 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
