NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note dated December 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-004262-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V is the Plaintiff and JINAL PATEL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JINAL PATEL NOW KNOWN AS NIMITA SWALY, RAKHEE DHIRARJLAL LAKHANI and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAKHEE DHIRARJLAL LAKHANI NOW KNOWN AS JOHN LAKHANI are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on MARCH 27, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Amended Consent Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
