NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 011075 O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003 GEL1, is Plaintiff and Roland L. Davis, are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM on the 19th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
