NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated December 6, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003819 in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA SANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CAYLA ZARVAS are Defendant, The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, OF JONES PARK, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5339 18th Street E, Bradenton, FL 34203 “Property”.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
