NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 20, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-002785-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff, and CLYDE S BLALOCK; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lobby, 3rd Floor Annex Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on January 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 99, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 49, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 80 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
