NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2018, and entered in 11-2018-CA-001441-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and JULIO CARRERA A/K/A JULIO C. CARRERA A/K/A JOLIO CARRERA; GRISEL SANTIAGO A/K/A GRISEL ALUAREL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIO CARRERA A/K/A JULIO C. CARRERA A/K/A JOLIO CARRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRISEL SANTIAGO A/K/A GRISEL ALUAREL; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; FAIRLANE CREDIT LLC are the Defendant(s).
